At Flang’s, you’ll experience the true essence of Terschelling. Flang, a native islander, hosts culinary excursions and tastings at his cookery studio, Flang in de Pan, offering delights from the wild, ethically sourced products from local suppliers, and vegetables from his own magnificent garden. Committed to Dutch Cuisine principles, Flang minimises his environmental impact. During Oerol, savour a lunch made from wild plants or indulge in a three-course Wadden Sea dinner accompanied by fine Dutch wines in his tasting garden. You can also join various Wadden excursions on select days.
Wild Forage Lunch: Friday 7th to Saturday 15th June from 12:00 to 15:00. Lunch starts between 12:00-13:30.
Local Produce Dinner: Friday 7th to Saturday 15th June from 18:00 to 20:30. Welcome between 18:00-18:30, dinner starts at 18:30.
Please note: Tuesday 11th June and Sunday 16th June the Proeftuin is closed. Reservations are necessary and can be made via flangindepan.nl/agenda.
