Braided hair, stretching meters around, stretches out into the surroundings. At the end of her braids, drumsticks are attached. You are invited to play the sound installation with these sticks. In this way, the sounds of numerous gongs in the forest become a coherent composition in the hands of the audience.
Michelle Samba is a versatile musician and artist affiliated with the Marina Abramovic Institute. For this work, she uses performance art, music, and installation. Her work is personal and open, inviting the audience to connect with her world.
