In this existential English-language performance, master storyteller Thomas Dudkiewicz dives into the mind of the comatose actor ‘Thomas’, in a final desperate attempt to bring him back to consciousness. The storyteller drags Thomas into a personal odyssey along the frayed edges of imagination and the Self. But the subconscious fights back.
In his (so far) eternal quest for the Story of All Stories, master storyteller Thomas Dudkiewicz takes on his never-ending narrative. As in previous work Bedtime Stories, The Last Chapters uses soundscape as a key force in creating an immersive theatrical experience. This time, Dudkiewicz works with a spatial sound system using binaural audio, with left and right channels triggered independently. Together with sound designer Tomas Loos, who performs the sound live, he explores a new way of conjuring countless worlds and bringing the ultimate story to life.
