Planning

Build

After contact with the production coordinator in April, we would like to receive an initial (global) schedule from you by email: when will which of you come to the island for construction or rehearsal, for example?

From Sunday 1 June, on-site set-ups and rehearsals will be possible.

Break

Performances/projects can in principle be broken down immediately after the last performance/day. Of course, this should not cause any inconvenience for the rest of the Oerol programme. As you undoubtedly understand (or already know), it is always a challenge to get everything that has been built up in two to three weeks off the island in just a few days. Please also take into account that there is limited space on the boats on Sunday and Monday. And please take into account that there will be no logistical support and volunteers available on the last Sunday of the festival, because the festival is still in full swing. If you have a tight break schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then see if and how we can plan this.

The (playing) locations must be returned to their original state no later than the Friday after the end of the festival. Delivery of the terrain must be scheduled with the production coordinator.
