Just like in previous years, we distinguish between different types of compensation. We believe it’s only fair to offer a reward for extended help. There are three different categories: the Silver Hero, the Golden Hero, and the Platinum Hero.
As a Silver Hero, working 3 to 5 days, you receive:
- A free campsite
- A festival wristband
- A delicious lunch and dinner on the days you work
- Discount on drinks in the backstage café
- An Oerol crew shirt
- 50% discount on bike rental
As a Golden Hero, working 6 to 13 days, you receive, in addition to everything a Silver Hero gets:
- 50% discount on performance tickets
As a Platinum Hero, working 14 days or more, you receive, in addition to everything a Silver Hero gets:
- 75% discount on performance tickets
