HEIM

Collectief Heim is a young, contemporary dance collective based in Arnhem, founded by choreographers Elsbeth de Boer and Bo van der Lugt. In their debut performance Heim, they explore the search for a sense of home—within themselves, with each other, and in an unstable world.

With expressive, confrontational, intimate, and sometimes humorous imagery, Collectief Heim aims to counter the individualisation and loneliness of our time. Their work is characterised by sharp contrasts and almost bizarre, alienating scenes that expose the absurdity of the present age.

For the performance Heim, they collaborate with electronic music producer Jurre Elias Bokma.
