Boukje Schweigman (Schweigman&) and Johannes Bellinkx have each spent years creating acclaimed performances and installations that play with sensory perception. For Signal and Tilt, they join forces. These intimate installations bring perception into direct contact with your body and surroundings.
Signal
Where does tangible reality end and imagination begin? Signal plays with vision and the eyes. Step inside this mini-cinema — is what you see real, or a creation of your own mind and senses?
Tilt
The sun rises and sets, doesn’t it? In reality, it’s we who move in relation to the sun. In the immersive performance Tilt, your body moves in relation to the landscape. Surrender your weight to a slowly tipping plank, feel gravity shift through your body, and let your perspective tilt.
