In this an imaginative story that takes place entirely in sound and feels hyper-realistic, primal storyteller Thomas Dudkiewicz delves into the mind of comatose actor “Thomas”, in a last-ditch attempt to bring him back to consciousness. The storyteller drags Thomas into a personal odyssey along the frayed edges of the imagination and the Self. But the subconscious fights back.
In his (so far) eternal quest for the Story of All Stories, master storyteller Thomas Dudkiewicz (known of Bedtime Stories and Bobby Baxter) takes on his never-ending narrative. As in previous work Bedtime Stories, The Last Chapters uses soundscape as a key force in creating an immersive theatrical experience. This time, Dudkiewicz works with a spatial sound system using binaural audio, with left and right channels triggered independently. Together with sound designer Tomas Loos, who performs the sound live, he explores a new way of conjuring countless worlds and bringing the ultimate story to life.
