- Didn’t receive an order confirmation? Check the order history in your My Oerol account. Do you see tickets there? Congratulations, your payment was successful!
- If there are no tickets in your My Oerol account, check your bank account to see if the money has been deducted. If so, please contact us at helpdesk@oerol.nl and we will assist you further.
