Unfortunately, it is currently technically not possible to change the email address associated with your account. But fear not! You can still order festival wristbands and tickets using your new address and still access your order history. Simply follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Create a new account using the correct email address.
Step 2:
Send an email to helpdesk@oerol.nl including your full name, your previous email address, and your new email address. We will then link the two accounts together.
