Task List for Catering Volunteers

At the Festival Heart this year, there is a bar team and a festival heart team. The bar staff work behind the various bars on the site, while the festival heart team ensures the smooth running of the Festival Heart. For example, you might collect and wash glasses, check wristbands, or manage the bike park. Together, we’ll create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

At the start of your shift, your bar manager or location manager will go over all the tasks with you. This is the time to ask questions and practice pouring a beer if needed. During your shift, the location manager or bar manager is your supervisor. Discuss everything that happens during your shift with them. If you have scheduling questions or other important issues, discuss these with your sub-coordinator.
