Check the opening times of service points carefully so you can collect your festival wristband on time. You can only attend performances with a valid ticket and a festival wristband on your arm.
You can collect your festival wristband by having your online purchased ticket scanned at a service point. We can scan directly from your tablet or phone, so there is no need to print it out. Download your ticket(s) from your email or My Oerol account in advance to avoid last-minute stress. Please keep your ID ready, as age verification may apply.
Note: If your wristband breaks, you can only get a new one by bringing your broken wristband and your previously scanned ticket.
