The Oerol organisation makes very limited use of Large Language Models (LLMs), also known as AI. This usage is restricted to supporting organisational functions, such as proofreading texts and automating repetitive tasks. Furthermore, careful consideration has been given to reliability, copyright and image rights, sustainability and the environment, privacy, diversity and inclusion, accountability, and the impact on employment. All of these principles are embedded within the organisation in various ways.
