It’s a particularly exciting and fun moment: the Friends Presale of Oerol Festival 2024 starts today at 20:00 hrs. Whether you’ve been coming for years or it’s your first time, the information on this page will help you be well-prepared.
The website may experience high traffic before the start. To manage this, everyone will be placed in a waiting room from 19:00 hrs onwards. At 20:00 hrs, the virtual gates will open, and everyone will be assigned a random position in the queue. Whether you arrived at 19:00 or 19:55 hrs, it doesn’t matter. If you join after the start of the sale, you will be placed at the back of the line.
Once you’re through the queue, you can proceed to order your tickets. Read here for more information on how it all works.

There is a special area where you, as a Friend or Pioneer, can purchase tickets. You can recognize it by the red background and the Friends logo at the top. Are you in a green programme environment? Click here.

Friendship is… ordering tickets for each other
Did you know that Friends can order tickets for each other? And if so, how does it work? Every year, this functionality is highly sought after, so we thought it would be helpful to provide further clarification. When you’re the first to reach the front of the queue and want to order tickets for another Friend (both your own and an Oerol Friend), you’ll need their subscription code. This code is unique to each individual and therefore looks different for everyone. The subscription code starts with V-, VR-, or P- (for Pioneers). Please note: this code changes every year.
Tickets in the pocket?
YES! Share your joy with us and your friends via Facebook and Instagram. We love it! And don’t panic if you don’t see your tickets in your inbox right away; it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive them. Tip: Also check your spam folder and order history in your My Oerol account.
Couldn’t score any tickets? We absolutely understand how frustrating that can be. Luckily, our program offers so many wonderful options that you’ll surely find another gem.
