Drawing on personal memories and poetic imagery, Zippo Guo traces his development from a shy boy to the man who now stands on stage. In INVISIBLE, he combines physical theatre, movement and magic into an intimate journey centred on transformation.

When he was a child, someone asked Zippo Guo: “What superpower would you like to have?” Without hesitation, he said: “To be invisible.” Perhaps even then he was trying to disappear. To hide, to observe, to understand the world from a place where no one could see him. Now, years later, as an adult, he looks back at that boy with love, regret and wonder. And for the first time, he steps forward to tell the world about this transformation, which so often remains invisible.
