Shady Lady takes you on a journey through time: from 1970s disco to 1980s italo, proto-house and soulful house, 1990s rave and 2000s disco house. Always infused with emotion, colour and a touch of nostalgia, underpinned by an eclectic knowledge of disco and house music.
Shady Lady left the southern hemisphere (Sydney) behind in 2018 and effortlessly slipped into the groove of Amsterdam’s dance scene. She is part of the queer collective Supernature and co-host of her own (queer-minded) parties Jezabel and Regenerave (a sober day rave). You can also find her during the livestream of The Shady Lady Show or dancing front left by the speaker.
