Inspired by the sounds of nightclubs and nervous guitar lines, DJ/producer Talee merges these influences into what he describes as ‘Romantic New Wave’: an energetic, emotional, and entirely unique sound. He performs his music as a live trio, in a show centered around punchy indie riffs, dreamy ambient synthesizers, and playful electronic jams.
Talee’s live show is an improvised fusion of vocals, synths, and controlled disruption, situated somewhere in the no-man’s-land between indie bands and DJs. Talee’s music has been released on labels like Disco Halal and Anjunadeep, landed a spot in Spotify’s Metropolis playlist, and has resonated on stages from Rotterdam to London and the Explorations Festival in Albania.
