- Oerol is about to begin! Please keep in mind that internet coverage on the island can be limited, so make sure you’re prepared and download your tickets in advance via your My Oerol account.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
- If a performance has just started or has not yet begun, you are entitled to a refund.** If you purchased your ticket online, the refund will be automatically credited to the account used to buy the tickets. If you purchased your ticket at one of our service points, please visit us during opening hours to receive your refund. Be sure to bring both your ticket and your bank card. If you would still like to support Oerol, please consider making a donation. We also recommend checking the website to see whether tickets are still available for other performances.
- If the performance is already more than halfway through,** unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your tickets or receive a refund for that performance.
