Refund Policy
- If the performance has just started or hasn’t started yet, you are eligible for a refund. If you purchased your ticket online, the refund will automatically be credited to the account you used to buy the tickets. If you bought your ticket at one of our service points, please visit during opening hours to receive your refund. Bring both your ticket and your bank card.If you’d still like to support Oerol, consider making a donation. Always check the website to see if tickets are still available for other performances.
- If the performance is already more than halfway through, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for that performance.
