Best friends Zelda and Vos are sitting in class, secretly watching cat videos on their phones. But then it turns out there’s a test after the break! What now? They haven’t studied and of course don’t want to be held back. They come up with an excuse, with catastrophic consequences…

Niemand weet dat het niet zo is is a humorous, true (!) story about lies and getting tangled up in them. That’s dreadful, but also very funny. Zelda gets herself into a mess: we see how her leg ends up in a cast, how terribly it itches underneath, how she hobbles through school on crutches and how her friendship with Vos comes under pressure. How is it that lying can sometimes be easier than telling the truth? A spectacular audio play on stage, where nothing is what it seems. Come and see it – you really won’t regret it!
