Join the adventure with the storyteller of the StoryTrail. Experience the tales of Terschelling in the picturesque backdrop of beach and sea, village, and dune. During this theatrical storytelling walk, you’ll quickly become captivated by the island’s eventful history – a history intricately intertwined with the sea. For the sea is both generous and graceful. Yet, it can also be greedy and gruesome. What gifts and opportunities does the sea offer? What disasters and rescues have occurred? What tall tales full of fisherman’s yarn do the islanders have to tell? Sometimes, you simply won’t believe your ears.
